The Eventgold is represented for external purposes by its chairman and his two deputies. They are elected by the shareholders for a term of three years. The members of the board each represent different types and sizes of organisers and thus represent the broad spectrum of Eventgold's partners. The partners' meeting also elects a working committee which prepares decisions and advises the auditor.
